Information you choose to provide

The website collects information you voluntarily submit during a conversation or fallback request, including your messages, name, email address, project context, timeline, and budget information.

Private conversations

Conversations are not published and are not visible to other visitors. The browser keeps the current conversation only for the active page session. When you choose Create Summary & Send, the complete conversation and generated summary are sent to Pumpkin AI so an expert can follow up and help develop a practical solution.

Service providers

Conversation content may be processed by Google's Gemini API to provide replies and prepare a summary. Submitted requests are delivered through Formspree. Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing, and abuse protection.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment information, medical records, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information through the website. If documents are needed, a Pumpkin AI expert will arrange a more appropriate method during follow-up.
